I’m new in town and decided to come after a friend highly recommended Arrowhead to me. I have come for two appointments so far and they are nothing short of amazing! All of the office staff from check in to check out are wonderful. Everyone is so nice and creates a calming atmosphere which is so refreshing. I actually look forward to coming to the dentist, which is huge for me as I’ve had a lot of bad experiences in the past. I’ve specifically been under the care of Brittany and Dr. Pasha who are such a great team. They are both so friendly and talk you through everything. They make the entire experience quick and painless (literally). Would recommend Arrowhead to anyone!

Dr. Graley & Julia are a great team. They kept me calm be being friendly. Letting me brag about my dog & share their pets stories. Before I knew it my cap was finished. I waited to give this review to make sure I was happy with the fit. It was perfect from day one and so happy I had the work done. My last dentist just didn't take the time to make sure everything was fitting as it should. I really appreciate Arrowhead Dental and all their associates.

Outstanding service and treatment by Michelle and office staff! The office is beautifully curated. The private treatment rooms are immaculate with glass doors and huge windows overlooking beautiful gardens and sculptures. Michelle took me in on time, and gave me a gentle but thorough dental cleaning! Five star service from start to finish! A spa for my smile!

I can't say enough about the care I get from my favorite dental hygienist, Michelle. Anytime I have a concern, she will try to make accommodations for me and get me in. She also takes the time to explain how to properly take care of my teeth. Michelle is excellent at her job, loves her profession (it shows!) and is also very active in her community. Kudos to Michelle, I won't go to anyone else because she give such excellent care.

My recent experience at Arrowhead Dentistry was one of the most pleasant if not THE pleasant experience I have had. Over many Yeats and many different dental practices I am so impressed how great this dental office is. From the minute you walk in the door you are greeted by a very pleasant receptionist with the nicest smile on her face and makes you feel very welcome and comfortable. The place itself has a positive and pleasant feeling about it. The grounds are beautiful and the office is immaculate. Dr. Brandon and Laura made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, were very attentive, timely and friendly. How often does someone say " I can't wait to go to the dentist ?! I have been coming to this office with the same dental hygienist and dentist for approximately 10 years or so. Jen is absolutely wonderful. Going to see her is like seeing an old friend. She has always been super supportive about any dental issues I'm having. She never fails to put me in a good mood. I love leaving their office with a clean feeling mouth! (The chapsticks are a bonus!)Dr. Brandon is also wonderful! He's always kind, courteous, gentle and helpful. Any questions and concerns are usually immediately responded to.I came to them after years of not being able to afford dentistry. I highly recommend Arrowhead given the beyond positive experiences I have had in their office! Dr. Angioli is talented, incredibly skilled, and the most upbeat and friendly professional I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. I do have some uneasiness in dental offices and every time I go, I feel well taken care and comfortable every step of the way! My hygienist is Lauren and I cant recommend her enough either! The entire team is so wonderful and kind. Michelle and Dr Diamond knew I had extreme anxiety and talked me through every step of the appointment. They were so friendly, patient and I appreciate them so much! If you are hesitating, just make the appointment and see them. Dr. Contreras was very kind and did everything possible to make me comfortable during my dental procedure.Laura, the Dental Assistant was so wonderful. My family and I became patients at Arrowhead Dental just a couple of years ago, when our long-time family dentist retired. When he referred us to Arrowhead, we were a bit worried because it’s such a big place, so many docs, hygienists, and staff, that we thought we would lose the personal level of care we were used to. I’m happy to report that nothing could be further from the truth!In short, we absolutely LOVE Arrowhead. We feel welcome, comfortable and well taken care of every time we visit. From the beautiful building surrounded by gardens full of flowers, wind sculptures and birds, to the outstanding professionals who work here. All are outstanding. I had an appointment with Sara today who made my cleaning an absolute joy! I can’t recommend this practice highly enough.

Upon arrival to my first appointment, i informed the staff that i was in a bit of a “rush”. The staff was extremely understanding and confident that they would be able to have me in and out by the time I had to leave. The x-ray tech along with my hygienist michelle were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. The entire staff was exemplary. I felt very comfortable during the experience and I look forward to seeing them again for my next appointment. I left with my teeth feeling clean and sparkling. I highly recommend using Arrow Head for your dental needs.

I really enjoy my biannual visits to Arrowhead Dental. The facility is spacious and clean with thoughtful interesting landscaping and sculpture. The staff are excellent. I always see Michelle for a thorough cleaning and inspection of my teeth. She keeps me well informed on how my teeth are doing and what I can do to keep them healthy. The technology is very modern and I’m amazed with the ability to get a clear view of all my teeth - even the far back ‘dark’ corners. My visit always end with a hot lavender-scented towel, a nice fine-bristle toothbrush, and tasty lip balm. Very nice!!Dr. Bruce Gouin gives a thorough inspection, is very pleasant and always asks if I have any questions.This is an excellent practice and I have made several recommendations and referrals over the years!

This Office is more than a dentists office, from the moment you walk through the doors at arrowhead you are treated like family! Their great staff and very clean facility will leave you feeling relaxed and comfortable throughout any procedure. Every visit they have done everything in their power to make sure I was as comfortable and as happy as possible during the appointment and after. For example most recently my hygienist Alyssa (Highly recommend by the way!) noticed I was having some issues with the effectiveness of my flossing techniques and rather than shame me or make me feel uncomfortable about my dental condition she simply showed me a more effective technique. Making sure I was understanding what I missing and how to better approach the situation. Arrowhead will never let you down!

I took my daughter's to Arrowhead Dental and they both had a great experience. My 14 year old saw Daniela and even asked me to book her next visit with her because she enjoyed the experience.My eleven year old had Lisa as her hygienist and it went really well. Lisa was gentle and explained everything to my daughter as she went.I'm so happy that I don't have to fight with my kids to go to the dentist. I received reminder notices of my upcoming appointment that we’re concise and efficient. When I arrived on site, I was promptly greeted with big smiles and a “Happy to do it” culture. Feels like a luxury spa. Treated like an emperor. Courteous, friendly staff who are all smiling and very upbeat. Arrowhead is one of the best in the business especially as a one stop shop, I had a cracked tooth and needed a crown to correct my bite issue. I was lucky and was able to get appointment next day, they ground down old tooth and were able to make a new one while I waited.. The staff is always friendly and patient to ensure you are pain free and the final result is what you expected.. Our whole family has been patients for many years. We highly recommend there services..

Kara was extremely professional as well as helpful. I had a scheduled cleaning today. I inquired about custom whitening trays at the beginning of my visit. She explained the 2 different products. She cleaned my teeth and suggested a fluoride treatment. She fitted me for the whitening trays and applied the fluoride. Kara went above and beyond today. I really appreciated her attention to detail and the TLC she provided to me today. I highly recommend Arrowhead Dental.

We had an incredible experience at Arrowhead Dental with our 22 month old son. The staff were so kind to him and he had a great first visit! The only tears were when we had to leave because he couldn't keep playing with the hot wheels Jeep that they have in the waiting room!! Wonderful facility! Overall was an awesome experience!!

My experience at Arrowhead Dental was excellent in every way. I was welcomed and received patient assistance at the front desk filling out forms for my on-time first visit. Dental Hygienist, Laura, gave me a brief tour of the immaculate offices all with dental chairs facing large windows and views of beautiful plants. Dr Diamond reviewed my x-rays, gave a thorough examination and offered practical tips on dental care. I was impressed by their professionalism, competence and courtesy. Their kindness replaced my -usual dread of dental visits - with much better expectations for future visits.

I’ve gone to Arrowhead for a few years now and my experiences have always been great. Michaela is my dental hygienist and she is the best. She is thorough with the cleaning and clearly skilled in what she does. She is mindful of sensitivities and always gives me options regarding what I’m most comfortable with throughout the process. Best of all, she is warm and welcoming. She is easy to talk to, and as someone who doesn’t love going to the dentist - makes my experience pleasant and I’d even say fun! This dentist office is fantastic, I’ve never been to a dentist like this. It is beautiful and calming inside, everyone is extraordinarily kind, and they do a very thorough job. Everyone from the receptionists to all the hygienists to the doctors is wonderful. The hygienist Cara (not sure of spelling) single handedly cured my fear of the dentist and helped me squeeze in whitening last minute right before my wedding! She is so gentle and did an amazing job on my cleaning as well as whitening. Highly recommend everyone here !!!

This is the best dentist hands down, they are absolutely great. My hygienist Alyssa was fantastic she is a straight out HOOT. Love her to pieces, she did an extremely detailed job explaining everything that she was doing and made sure I was in the know completely. I only want to see her when I come back from now on. Her professional cleanings have done much to keep me from needing the Docs and , believe me, they are there when you need them.Besides her clinical expertise, Daniela is always a joy to visit. I have only positive things to say about Arrowhead Dental. I always feel like I am getting the most up-to-date treatment in their state of the art facility. The practice has grown and expanded quite a bit since I first started going here, yet I never feel lost in the shuffle, and always receive a warm greeting upon arrival. My favorite part is my longtime dental hygienist, Daniela. She is warm and chatty (which is appreciated by this nervous dental patient) and also very professional. When my son, who has developmental delays, graduated from his pediatric dentist, he joined me at Arrowhead and Daniela and Dr. Brendan have treated him with tremendous respect and kindness.

Arrowhead has always been great but today Brooklyn and Dr Angioli totally topped all of our experiences!Dentist office has never been my favorite place, but arrowhead is different. All the staff are helpful, friendly and thorough…. Brooklyn literally goes the extra mile to help out her patients, makes them comfortable and personally assists you with unexpected issues. Dr Angioli takes the time to explain all procedures and steps so you have lots of information and options so you can take the best approach to your situation!!We switched over a few years ago, and have no regrets … arrowhead has the best staff, hygienists and dentists. I can not emphasize enough how wonderful my experiences with Arrowhead have been. From the receptionist, billing/insurance personnel, to my hygienist who could not be more gentle, kind, thorough and efficient.I had my first root canal today. I was a little anxious as I had never had one and the feedback from my friends regarding this procedure was less than positive. When I arrived I was warmly greeted and welcomed. My hygienist, who would not be assisting the Dentist, came into the waiting room just to say hi and give me encouragement. The Dentist and his assistant were great. They explained everything they were doing throughout the process. Very encouraging and their knowledge and professionalism was incredible.I highly recommend Arrowhead Dental. In every aspect of their practice they are exceptional!

Friends have been raving about Arrowhead for years. Finally made the transition and I am more than impressed. The greeting, digital forms, cleanliness, arrangement/layout of the office... All this made me feel like a guest! My hygienist, Macayla was gentle, welcoming and calming. She made sure I understood the x-rays, the process and made sure to answer any of my question. Extremely pleased with the services I received to replace a crown that had chipped. From my first visit, staff was most welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Angioli along with her assistant Brooklynn explained what to expect, my insurance approved within 2 1/2 weeks, and the actual procedure went smoothly. The big plus is they actually make the porcelain crowns in their own lab downstairs so it’s a one day procedure.

I had tori so severe that it required two surgeries by Dr. Geunes, Lauren, and Ally to remove. I was very scared but both surgeries went without a hitch. They treated me with kid gloves, I experienced no pain at all other than post surgical healing. They are so calm, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Dr.Ahern is amazing! She is personable and makes going to the dentist a pleasure. All the work she has done is absolutely perfect. She clearly cares about her patients and her attention to detail demonstrates that.I also recently had a root canal which was preformed by Dr.Warne. He was extremely kind and did an amazing job. I had never had a root canal and was very nervous but he managed to make me feel calm and confident. I have nothing but great things to say about this entire practice!

As I faced the nightmare of a bone infection, a dead tooth, tooth removal, and an implant, the staff at Arrowhead Dental Associates provided the incredible combination of highest clinical/technical proficiency integrated with kindness, empathy, attentiveness, and availability. They answered my every question with patience and thoroughness, whether in person or by phone. Dr. Geunes let me know every step of the way what he was going to do and how it would feel. Ally and Lauren worked with him to help me stay steady, and made adjustments as the procedures went along to make sure I was comfortable. I got competent, compassionate care from this team. I can't say enough about this place. I took my 5.5 yo daughter here today and everything from the clear signage outside as to which door to use, the signage inside explaining where to go, everything was bright and CLEAN and aesthetically pleasing. The receptionists were engaging and smiling and warm and my daughter immediately warned up to them. We even received a gift bag for being new patients that came with these beautiful colored pencils, chapstick, a coloring book and more! The hygienist was bubbly and welcoming and led us right to our rooms and even explained the set up of the building to us. The room had nice big windows and a TV was mounted above the dental chair, which was such a treat, as my daughter doesn't normally watch TV! So she was glued to the TV and the cleaning didn't take any more than 10-15 minutes. Easy, quick, pleasant and HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I'll be switching, as will my husband and I'll be recommending to all my friends and family. Thank you Allary so much! You were the first smiling face we saw 🙂

My family and I have been patients at Arrowhead Dental Associates for more than ten years. Throughout this time, we have been treated with the utmost professionalism at every visit. The staff and doctors are always welcoming, caring and they do their best to address any issues or concerns we have. For example, a few weeks ago, I chipped a few teeth and I needed to be seen urgently. The office booked my appointment swiftly and I was assigned to Dr. Angioli. During our consultation, Dr. Angioli assessed the work that needed to be done, answered all of my questions, and together we agreed on a dental plan. Then, a few weeks later when I saw her the second time I had a good understanding of what was going to happen. However, during this visit, it turned out that I had managed to damage more of my teeth and needed more work done. Dr. Angioli, without any hesitation, changed plans and took care of the more important issues right then and there. Then, when I went back for my third visit, we had a plan of fixing the remaining chipped teeth. However, don't ask me how but I managed to chip another tooth, and Dr. Angioli, for the second time, needed to adjust her workload. Without "missing a beat" Dr. Angioli changed her game plan and took care of every damaged tooth of mine. In addition, when during this visit I also mentioned to her that I had some sensitivity with my teeth, she also administered a treatment that helped with this issue. In conclusion, I initially thought that with all the work that I needed to have done, I would have to visit the office at least half a dozen times. To my greatest surprise, Dr. Angioli took care of all my issues in two visits. I am so grateful to Dr. Angioli and Arrowhead Dental Associates for their amazing work, service, and excellent care.

I had my first appointment today with Dr. Angioli, and she did an amazing job. I have extremely bad dental anxiety, and she (as well as the hygienists) thoroughly explained everything they were doing, didn’t get mad at me for any hesitation, and kept me comfortable the whole time. The whole building had a comfortable feel to it, and it is by far the best experience I have had.

I am one very happy patient of Arrowhead.Here's one example : I had a moderate tooth ache and went in to have it attended to.I was seen by Doc Ahern and ,after examining me,she firmly advised me I needed a root canal-not something I was eager to undertake.I hesitated and the problem faded for a moment but returned with a vengeance and cracked wide open right as Covid hit us like a freight train.In I sheepishly went wishing I had taken Doc Ahern's sound advice .I saw Doc Brendan who had previously done a perfect job on a post and crown and not even he could save it.He said what I knew - it had to go and his colleague was the go-to-guy and was open,if he agreed with Doc Brendan's assessment which he did,pull it that afternoon. Despite an uneasiness due to miserable tooth pulls years ago,when I was met at the receptionist desk by Brianne who has the be ,not only the best dental assistant that ever assisted any of the scores of dentists working on me in decades past ,but also the best communicator. Knowing she was on the job was a big plus for me and reminded me I was in the right place.As I entered ,Doc Geunes and his two assistants (as was Brianne)were masked and gloved to the hilt and the room and equipment was gleaming clean.It only took a couple of minutes for me to realize this was a highly skilled , well coordinated and efficient team. They proceeded methodically and Doc Geunes numbed me up and ,when I advised him I was still feeling a bit too much,he numbed me some more and waited patiently to see if I felt better about it. He was in no hurry and when I told him it felt better,he manually pulled the busted tooth and it came out quickly,cleanly and painlessly.I scarcely bled but that was thanks to his putting in a melting stitch or two-quite the Pro.Off I went with a handful of pain pills,I took one a couple of hours after I left and another just before I went to bed just n case.Fact is I never needed them.As to bleeding,I used three small gauzes at the most which is not what I had experienced years ago.The Doc also gave me some plant derived,non narcotic goop called Sock-It(cinammon was in there someplace) to be put on the extract site to promote and hasten healing. Just like every thing and everyone, it worked perfectly. I could not have had a better experience and do want to thank the three Docs and Brianne for acheiving what I thought impossible-a 10 out of ten pull of a busted in two tooth in the face of an angry pandemic.So,thank you all

Arrowhead's team of Dr. Geunes and Lauren Lee are amazing. I have had two procedures (one in August 2020 and one yesterday) with this duo and, in both cases, the procedures and results were outstanding. Both procedures were painless and effective. Under these difficult COVID circumstances, I felt safe with the precautions they have taken for both patient and staff. I hope I never have to see them again! But, if the time arises and I need care, I will not hesitate to be their patient, again.

She took time to talk to me before doing anything and explained what she was doing every step of the way. I left feeling like I had just spent some time with an old friend. Having a father for a dentist made me very wary as I don't think there was ever a better dentist committed to keeping up with continuing education as well as hiring the best staff and keeping the morale together. My father was incomparable. Not any more!! I'm in superior hands and I feel so grateful each time I go to Arrowhead. Dr. Gouin has saved my teeth and given me a healthy mouth. I never worry now that I am at Arrowhead Dental. Each person that works there takes the utmost care in dealing with all aspects of the practice right to billing! And where else do you get to sit with a cup of tea as the waterfall behind the reception desk lulls you to peace. Every dental chair faces a window with an extraordinary view that has been well-considered. Some have peaceful settings and many have bird feeders with darling birds to admire. I'm grateful this practice is within my reach. And though he's not my father, it's a remarkable privilege as if it were family. Thanks Dr. Gouin and staff. Love you all.

Yesterday I didn’t have a good experience. I saw Dr. Diamond and her assistant and they were both great. She referred me to a specialist in their practice for a same day visit. When I left I was a little upset because my 2nd appt of the day with them got cancelled but mostly because I had been in pain for so long. They scheduled me for the following day to see the specialist. In the end, it was worth the wait. Dr. Warne is the best!!! He listens and is very attentive to your needs. His assistant was awesome too. I had been in pain for 3.5 days, and he finally was able to give me some relief. I’m speechless really. Im not a hugger but I would have hugged them both if it was allowed. Worth the 45 min drive!

I've gone to Arrowhead Dental since my very first dental emergency (11!)--their team welcomed me in on a Sunday to repair a chipped tooth, and I wasn't even an existing patient. That goes to show you the level of care and patient experience the Arrowhead team provides. Every provider, hygienist and team member is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. As a new patient I was incredibly impressed with the way each staff member greeted me. I received a smile, a hello., and a welcome from each person I came in contact with. Sara, my hygienist was wonderful. She explained what she was going to do, and then, as she went along explained each step to me. Dr. Angioli did the same. Dental Assistant Sonally was very knowledgeable and extremely comforting upon my arrival. I was in a lot of pain, so she took her time, used precision, and attention to detail to take X-rays that pinpointed the problem. Dr. Diamond then came into action and used her precise and gentle talents to numb me up and temporarily take care of the problem until I could receive the needed root canal. Going to the dentist has just gotten better for me! I had surgery for my jaw 30 years ago and cleanings have been excruciating for many years with my previous dentist. As a high school student who has never had oral surgery before, I was very nervous for my wisdom teeth removal. I don't remember much of the actual procedure due to the anesthetics, however, what I recall very clearly is the treatment I had received from one of the Arrowhead dental assistants, Lauren Lee. Ms. Lee greeted me with a smile and reassured me that everything was going to be alright. She could tell that I was very nervous during the preparation of the surgery and held my hand as they injected the needle into my arm. I don't remember much after that due to the anesthetics. However, my mother told me that when they called her into the room, Ms. Lee spent considerable time explaining to her how the surgery went, while she was also kindly and gently calming me as I was coming in and out of delirium. Overall, on the day of my procedure Ms. Lee was gentle, kind, understanding and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better assistant to take care of me. Thank you Arrowhead Dental for the exceptional care.

I've been coming to Arrowhead for years now and even though I moved to Boston in September, I refuse to change my dentists. in addition to the awesome staff, Dr. Bruce Gouin does exemplary work. The two veneers that he did for me on my two front teeth look absolutely perfect.. even many years after. On my most recent visit for a routine cleaning, the hygienist Jennifer was professional, thorough, complementary and quick. I love it here. My dental hygienist is amazing. I am fully confident this team can handle any dental situation that could possibly occur. Looks like they have all the latest technology. They work really well with children. My family is very happy here. Recommended!

I can't say enough about how fantastic the staff and everyone is at Arrowhead. I have been a patient there for several years and have never had a bad experience there. They have been wonderful about seeing me on several emergency appointments. I have recommended them to several people who have told me that they too have been satisfied with them.

All set up for a root canal. After further examination, Dr said not needed. I was impressed with their discretion and willingness to decline to do a procedure that would have earned a big fee. Impressive dedication to professionalism.

Both my husband and I recently had dental work done here. The people who work here are the MOST helpful and pleasant people I have interacted with in a long time!!Can’t say enough about how they went above and beyond to meet special needs that I had because of other medical problems.And the office is spotlessly clean!!Ten stars!

Excellent experience at Arrowhead again. Erin & Brittany were great today. Cleaning, x-rays and doctor check all great and Erin even reviewed how to use the Zoom home whitening and explained advantages to sonic tothbrush. Brittney helped me get the last pink one too. Thanks to both of you!

From the moment I arrived, you could immediately sense a welcoming atmosphere. Brianna my hygienist was thorough, professional and did a great job cleaning my teeth and providing helpful tips on good oral hygiene. Dr. Diamond provided me with a complete oral exam and sent me on my way. A hidden gem in Charlestown capable of providing all the dental care I need. The days of moving from one practice to another for a variety of dental services can now be provided at one location. Thank you Arrowhead Dental Associates for taking me on as a new patient.

With Arrowhead Dentist we all enjoy going to the dentist especially our 6 year old granddaughter. Every staff member greets you with smile and treatment is pleasurable. 4 members of our family go to Arrowhead Dentists and we have never had a bad experience. You guys are the best. Mom is 88 yrs old and was in need of dentures. After 10 yrs with no teeth Dr Diamond and her team were outstanding. Their patience and kindness made the process effortless. Mom loves her new teeth. Thanks again to Dr Diamond, Sorally, Laura and the Candy man.

On my most recent visit to Arrowhead I was greeted as usual by the office staff, specifically Sarah at check in. On my exit I had questions on my subsequent visits and the cost to me for the plan of treatment that had been recommended to me by Dr. Brennen and Lisa.Sarah, scheduled three subsequent appointments for me and detailed the co-pays that I would have to pay at each visit. I had my first visit with Arrowhead today and was extremely impressed with the warm welcome, personal attention, sincerity and involvement of all staff members, and fabulous environment. The customer service was exemplary and second to none, I have no doubt. Every staff member was welcoming, smiling, happy, and took the time to speak to each client. Doctor Ahern and Holli were "top-notch" in services provided and in customer interaction. Kudos to Arrowhead for "getting it right" by ensuring your internal and external customers are beyond satisfied with the services provided and the culture of the organization. Welcoming and warm staff, I was given a first day tour of the facility and made to feel quite special as a patient. Interesting to me was that my long time dentist from a different practice was very aggressive in pushing a service which I suspected was not necessary, and my thorough evaluation given to me at Arrowhead made no mention of it. I am very happy with my new dental provider.

I have always been very pleased with Arrowhead, but today they went completely beyond my expectations. I had to bring my 3 month old child to my appointment and she slept through half of my cleaning. She began to fuss and wanted to get out of her car seat. The hygienist, Nicole, was so sweet talking to her and helped me try to calm her. Another staff member popped in and offered to hold her if I was comfortable with that. She held and soothed my daughter in the room and could not have been nicer about it! She seemed genuinely pleased to be there, not like she needed to be doing anything else at that moment. I was so impressed! Nicole finished my cleaning and answered all of my questions about caring for my daughter's teeth when they come in. No one on the staff acted like they were annoyed or rushed during the whole time we were there. What a wonderful experience from a place that I have been very happy with already. Thank you Arrowhead!

I’ve been a patient at Arrowhead for about 4 years. Every single visit I feel welcome and comfortable. The staff is always so sweet and attentive. Everyone always has a smile on their face and is happy to answer any questions I may have. They have excellent hours for peoplewho work late or are only available on a Saturday. The facility is always very clean and inviting, not to meantion gorgeous! You will not be disappointed if you choose Arrowhead as your dentist. Highly recommend!

The life of a Road Warrior is a difficult one when it comes to doctors appointments and scheduling. I have so little free time, my appointments need to be on my schedule- Period! I needed to have a broken Wisdom Tooth removed. I needed to do it on a Friday in the afternoon. So I get the insurance company list and started dialing for dental. Of the ones that even had Friday hours, below is pretty much how every call went...ME: Hello, I need to come in next Friday to have a broken Wisdom Tooth removed...OFFICES: "I'm sorry Mr Meijer but you need to come in for a Consultation and the dr will give you a referral to come back another day"... ME: Ummm, no, I'm afraid you don't understand. I don't have that kind of time. I can send you a picture of the broken tooth but barring some medical reason that prevents it, I will be having it removed on the Consultation visit. That's just the way it is. Furthermore, I need to come in next Friday afternoon. Can you help me or not?OFFICES: No we don't do it that way.ME: Thank you anyway...That was until I got Ellen from Arrowhead Dental in Charlestown, Rhode Island on the phone. "Send me the photo of the broken tooth and I'll call you back after I speak to the Dr"... Ten minutes later... "Hello Mr Meijer, its Ellen from Arrowhead Dental"... "No problem, we need some basic information and I'll contact your insurance company for you and get it taken care of". On arrival today I get a welcome gift and tour of the facilities plus personal introductions to the staff. Clean, modern facility and some modern equipment I've never seen before. They do everything electronic right down to processing payment right in the procedure room along with scheduling the follow up. On top of that the email, text and voice call remind you of your appointment. Special thanks to Dr Vezzoli, Kris Angelo, Ellen & Audura.These people have it together! It's no wonder they're a 4.9 Star Rating on Google with 145 Reviews! Thank you Arrowhead! You've far exceeded my expectations and set the standard for consumer focused dental care!
